Scholarship — 2006 Leadership Institute
Statement from the Committee Chair
The purpose of the Leadership Institute is to provide a leadership development process to CLF Scholarship Recipients. Our goal is to develop leadership skill that will enable our scholars to become extraordinary leaders in their chosen fields of interest.
We hope the CLF Leadership Institute curriculum will be a life-changing experience for participants as they gain new insights into their strengths and areas of development; form networking relationships with the trainers and with other scholarship recipients.
The Skill Building Series enables participants to share their expertise, work together to address community issues and prepare to become responsible change agents across a number of disciplines.
On behalf of our Leadership Institute Committee, I want to thank our facilitators for their generous donation of their time, resources, expertise in making this Leadership Institute such as success. To the participants, we say, adelante! May these sessions continue to help you grow and to find your voice.
